We are a community based Occupational Therapy service that dare to differ. It is extraordinary to be trusted to support with someone’s recovery from mental health challenges. Mental well being is our passion and joy. However, we know that living with any aspect of a mental health challenge and/or any neurodevelopmental difficulty can be frustrating, frightening, anxiety provoking and above all, life changing.

We are here to support you to go through this with care, compassion, honesty, respect and co-production.

About us

We are one of a kind community based Occupational therapy service who aims to support recovery from Mental Illness for all offering a much bespoke caring package. We approach everyone with respect, care and honesty. We work together with you to achieve the best possible outcomes and are genuinely interested in what you need help with regardless of the challenges. We have partnered with Anytime Care 2020, an established company offering outstanding Domiciliary care in East London.

As an Occupational therapy service we empower and support children, young people and adults to maximise their independence in their daily life by learning new skills or re-visiting old ones.

We offer assessments, therapeutic interventions, training, and supervision for:

  • Neuro-developmental difficulties (ASD, ADD, ADHD)
